Our Story

Three Generations of Southern Flavor

Nebras Kitchen started the way all the best soul food does — in a family kitchen, with a cast-iron skillet and recipes written from memory. What began as Sunday dinners for the neighborhood grew into a restaurant where everyone is treated like family.

We smoke our beef ribs in-house every morning, braise our oxtails low and slow, fry our turkey chops to order, and bake every pie, cobbler, and cake from scratch. No shortcuts, no compromises — just honest soul food the way it was meant to taste.
